What is Roman Style Pizza?

Almost every pizza place makes a Grandma Pizza. Well just imagine that every pizza at Andiamo Mercato has the same crispy crust. That’s what Roman Style pizza is. Each Roman Style pizza has a fluffy focaccia-like dough with crispy edges, topped with traditional tomato sauce or a house-made vodka sauce, fresh garlic, fresh mozzarella cheese and sprinkled with basil.
